In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional service and ownership to customer inquiries
- Assist and educate customers on product and service products
- Provide understanding of fundamental and technical objectives affecting the market to support customer needs
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
- Identify internal business partner referrals and business development opportunities
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of Trading Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration

- Exposure to Wells Fargo Trading Systems such as Smart Station & BETA
- Experience coaching & leading a team
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage products and services
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
