Responsible for the mortgage closing/funding process after assignment which includes: reviewing assigned pipeline to anticipate estimated closing date; preparing loan documents; entering loan information into system; verifying funding; possibly clearing stipulations; may communicate with Settlement Agent, and/or 3rd parties. Funders at this level primarily handle complex to moderately complex loan types and do not communicate with customers.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
