About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer with the Network Security Authentication team providing authentication, authorization, and accounting services through TACACS , RADIUS, and 802.1X. This team is responsible for the development, certification, deployment, and maintenance required to provide these services.
In this role, you will:

Be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions in support of the Cisco Identity Services Engine product.

Work with colleagues to identify and develop automation solutions for routine tasks.
-
Conduct technical investigation of security related incidents and post incidents digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies.
-
Provide security consulting for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate and team-level information, security policy, and standards.

Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security

Review and correlate security logs.

Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
-
4 years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3 years of network experience
-
Ability to break down complex concepts and present them in a clean and concise way

Proven ability to create automated solutions leveraging Infrastructure as Code tooling such as Ansible
-
Proven ability to understand and codify a manual process into an automated process using workflow-like concepts
-
Experience working in an Agile environment as a delivery team member

Experience with GitHub, Ansible automation and orchestration (or similar tools including Chef or Puppet), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
Desired Qualifications:
-
1 years of experience in technical deployment, configuration, integration, and administration of at least one of the following network security technologies: 802.11 wireless authentication, AAA, TACACS, RADIUS, or 802.1x Network Admission Control (NAC)

Experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk/Google Cloud

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Cisco Certified Network Administrator Security (CCNA)
