Summary:
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations. Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables. Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business. Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management. Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
Responsibilities:
The business is seeking resources to support the execution of the Wells Fargo Affiliate Third Party Program, which includes the completion of Affiliate service relationship Inherent Risk Questionnaires (IRQs) and subsequent due diligence reviews.
Through engagement with business stakeholders, these resources will facilitate the completion of IRQs, including coordinating additional reviews (as needed) with enterprise risk and compliance teams.
This effort will include overseeing the completion of initial outreach to stakeholders, supporting line of business representatives in the completion of the IRQ, and fielding inquiries during the IRQ and diligence process.
Upon completion of these activities, these resources will communicate the results to upstream and downstream stakeholders.
These resources will also track, monitor, and escalate aged requests to ensure timely completion as well as identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, templates.
Finally, these resources may be required to support various training and awareness efforts, along with developing and delivering reporting to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel (Pivot Tables & VLookup) and Power Point (ability to create decks)
Understanding of SDLC-Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical/functional requirements documentation.
Reporting Data Visualization experience.
Experience in Change Management, Risk Management and Compliance.
