About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our Global Treasury Management Service Tools team in Enterprise Functions. The GTM Service Tools Team collaborates with functional partners to provide support and drive strategic initiatives. We provide end-to-end Agile project support to identify, analyze, prioritize, document, test & install technology solutions. We provide risk management, control/compliance, application governance, and security plan support for numerous applications within Global Treasury Management. In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Solid experience with Agile methodology, including writing effective user stories, acceptance criteria, and validation test cases.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to make independent decisions
- Familiarity with Global Treasury Management products and services with a focus on customer service and relationship management
- Ability to articulate and document complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization
- Proven ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, demonstrate urgency and project management skills on assigned tasks, and handle multiple projects concurrently
Job Expectations:
- This position requires a minimum of three days per week in office and up to two days per week working remotely
- Occasional after hours and weekend support during production installs and validation events is to be expected
