Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.
Job Role and Responsibility: Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Drive moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments. Contribute to large scale planning of strategies. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. Resolve moderately complex issues and drive team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Drive projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff. Telecommuting is permitted up to 4 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering experience.
Specific skills required:
- 3 years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components
- 3 years of Salesforce experience
- 3 years of data management experience
- 2 years of experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne or Team Foundation
- Experience with Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure, JSON Javascript, REST, GIT, Software Development
