About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Senior Manager in the Enterprise Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) group. The team maintains contingency funding plans, produces liquidity stress testing and liquidity risk information (including liquidity-related resolution and recovery planning capabilities) for regulatory purposes, executive management, and the Board of Directors, and interacts with regulatory agencies on liquidity risk topics.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a data provider for all liquidity reporting for certain products including but not limited to Deposits, Investments, Derivatives and Secured Funding Transactions.
- Work with report owners in LRM to interpret product based reporting requirements for stress testing and various limits and other reports
- Complete and maintain required documentation for reporting activities including, desk procedures, process and control documentation, EUCT documentation, and Compliance Rationale Documents
- Lead team to overhaul business process through the use of enhanced technology capabilities and further automation
- Lead and inspire team to achieve both team and personal objectives
- Recommend and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives including supporting Quality Assurance testing, Internal Audit testing, and compliance with key EUCT and Data policies
- Identify and remediate all data limitations and control issues
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including leaders
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Treasury
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
- 6 years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3 years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
- A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting
- Demonstrated success and mastery managing in a matrixed environment
- Experience in bank Treasury functions (e.g., interest rate risk, capital and/or liquidity)
- Experience with financial reporting and related data inputs
- Experience with governance frameworks, documentation and issues management
- In depth knowledge of the banking industry
- Ability to develop emerging leaders
- Proven ability to influence and lead change
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; effective in communication across variety of audiences and constituencies, including executive management
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and large/complex projects
- Experience in accounting matters related to bank balance sheets
- Experience in bank regulatory matters

Pay Range
