Machine Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our manufacturing facility. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
- Operate machines such as stamping presses, press brake machines, and logic controllers
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Use tools such as calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
- Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience operating stamping presses, press brake machines, and logic controllers
- Proficiency in using tools such as calipers for precise measurements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Knowledge of SolidWorks software is a plus
- Forklift certification is preferred
