Local busy commercial contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years commercial construction management experience. Must be able to estimate projects with a value from $1,000 to 2 million. Maintain established client base. Ability to work well with various clients, companies and employees. Familiarity with various construction contracts, including lump sum, T&M, unit pricing, guaranteed max and cost plus. Local applicants only.

Must be familiar with Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam and Microsoft Project.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per week
