Summary:

Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics. Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work. Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations. Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables. Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business. Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business. Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management. Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

Responsibilities:

• This resource will be responsible for coordination and facilitating of the testing schedules as well as meetings for testing sessions.
• Will be responsible for defining the testing holistic strategy for testing 2 large SaaS platforms launching together
• Will write test cases and translate business requirements into the test cases.
• Will perform UAT testing, migration testing, integration testing, as well as load/performance testing.
• Will track defect testing and facilitate retests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Strong background in system and integration testing.
• Experience in documenting strategy/testing approach across multiple testing components, facilitation of meetings and/or testing sessions, defect tracking and retesting.
• Fundamental understanding of how test automation is developed and utilized.
• Previous experience working with 3rd party vendor systems.
• An understanding of all phases of software development lifecycle (Agile and Waterfall)
• Familiarity with tools used to track test cases and defect management such as HP ALM and JIRA. ( Preferred)
• Background in Financial Services (Preferred)
