WellSky is seeking a Director, Sales Intelligence, to join our Growth Operations team and make an impact! This role will lead the overall strategy and implementation of an enterprise sales intelligence, BI reporting, data governance and more. This individual will utilize KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence and client information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data and ensuring integrity and quality in Salesforce.
  • Leading complex customer data analytics cross-functional projects with senior-level internal stakeholders.
  • Working with large sets of information, such as client records or sales histories, to find patterns or trends that can be used to inform business decisions.
  • Leading cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Present findings concisely so that other members of the organization, including C-suite.
  • Strategizing with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support.
  • Partnering with cross functional teammates to represent Sales and Growth Operations in management of software vendors, tools, including procurement, negotiation, and support.
  • Developing standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines.
  • Strategizing with salesforce team to enhance salesforce workflows, capabilities, optimize Salesforce for productivity improvements, workflow, future growth and more.
  • Leading sales intelligence reporting integrations and be an advocate of Salesforce usage to other teams, specifically after acquisitions.
  • Coaching and supporting teams to develop skills in the use of modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis to support the business and deliver results.
  • Leading and conducting data mining activities, such as collecting and organizing data from multiple sources to identify patterns or other useful information.

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of related experience
  • Experience with mentoring or directing the work of others
  • Proficient experience in Einstein Analytics & Power BI
  • Proficient experience in Salesforce administration
