Responsibilities
Core Responsibilites and Essential Functions* Ensures the work schedule is followed with appropriate day staffing.
* Monitors productivity of Laundry staff in area of responsibility ensuring all employees are meeting standards.
* Trains and organizes new employees in area of responsibility.
* Provides all employee schedules and supervison.
* Ensures all employees are working in a safe environment
* Performs annual employee evaluations.
* Works with Operations Manager to perform disciplinary actions when required.
* Establishes goals for operations and employee satisfaction.
* Ensures all operations are within budget.
* Responsible for other areas in Laundry in the absence of another supervisor.
* Active member of the Laundry Management team.
* Performs other supervisory functions as required.
* Acts as plant manager in the absence of the Director and Operations Manager.
