SUMMARY
Welltower is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in either our Toledo, OH or Dallas, TX office. In this role, you will provide high level support to the Development and Construction team through the performance of a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and administration to ensure the efficient and professional operation of the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the processing, tracking, posting, and maintaining files on draw requests
- Coordinate invoice coding and processing
- Support development team with coordinating contract execution and contract updates
- Prepare project documents for signature
- Update and import external partner budgets
- File organization; receive and organize files from JV partners.
- Document management
- Applicable insurance & lien release coordination
- Provides general administrative support to the department as needed: expense reporting, scheduling appointments, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma required, AS degree preferred and/or actively pursuing Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting or Business Administration
- 2 years of relevant experience (building/construction experience highly preferred).
- Proficiency with basic accounting and construction-related math
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Self-starter; need to gather, analyze, and identify information/problems
