What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at WeMortgage, LLC?

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. $19 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements

  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, maintenance, and building management. Coordinate meetings and visits
  • Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to office maintenance, mailing, and shipping, supplies, and equipment
  • Add and manage login credentials across various platforms used within
  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure timely processing of Loan Locks
  • Curate and high standard of cleanliness and organization in the office space
  • Assist with any onboarding and off-boarding tasks needed
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of in-office engagement opportunities such as team member activities, programs, and incentives

Qualifications:
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
  • Proficiency with Gusto Payroll system a Plus
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to balance, prioritize and multitask in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to be deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Must live in the Scottsdale area or surrounding cities
