Crew Member Description:
Can we work with your life? Yes! As a Wendy’s crew member full time or part time we can be flexible with your lifestyle! That is why we want someone like you to join our family! The fun people, quality of our food, a schedule that meets your needs, and way to get paid daily!! These can all be checked off your list as a Wendy’s crew member. Our founder Dave Thomas had three rules for everyone who works here: Do the right thing. Treat people with respect. Make food better than they'd expect from a fast-food place. No doubt you do the first two already. We can teach you the third!

What makes a good crew member!?
Do you have natural friendliness to talk to your customers?
Are you good with being on drive thru on one shift, then fries on the next shift?
Can you bring these skills to the table? If so, we want you apart of our family!
- Solid social skills - you act like your grandma is standing behind you (at least while you're at work).
- You have an eye to see what needs to be stocked - ketchup, straws, cups - and you fill it back up.
- You pitch in and help your crew and customers with a smile
- You take and receive direction like a pro!
- You want to learn something new!
Next, you must be willing to:
- Stand and move for most during your shift
- Lift up to 25-50 lbs. (This could happen occasionally)
- Handle weather related moments like rain at the drive-thru, taking out trash in the winter.
- Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a register or grill,
- and ALWAYS follow brand standards and guidelines.
