SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this position is to perform the day to day restaurant operation functions and to provide exceptional service to our guests. Team Member is required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with TSFR policies and state and federal laws.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Team Member is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Greet and exceed the guests' expectations.
- Prepare food and drink orders, maintain quality to meet brand standards.
- Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
- Take inventory, restock product, maintain a clean work environment.
- Use cash registers, wash dishes and use ovens/grills/fryers.
- Assist in the training of new team members.
- Use and monitor all kitchen/service equipment.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENTS:

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee is regularly exposed to indoor and outdoor conditions with a moderate noise level. Indoor conditions may also include exposure to heat, cold, water, cleaning chemicals, grease, and oil.
