The Crew Member position is responsible for:
- Utilizing knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all Wendy's policies and procedures.
- Providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer.

The crew members:
- must arrive at work on time for their scheduled shift
- demonstrate good "people skills" in dealing with customer
- must have a "teamwork" attitude
- must be neat, well-groomed appearance at all times
- ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm, pleasant attitude
- at least 16 years of age
- previous restaurant experience helpful but not required
