What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at Wendy's?
Maintains office and warehouse space in a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly condition by performing
a full range of custodial and maintenance duties. Duties include, but not
limited to, vacuuming/shampooing carpets, cleaning vents, mopping, cleaning windows,
cleaning bathrooms, changing filters and light bulbs, as well as performing
minor repairs. Arranges furniture and equipment upon demand.
Works with a diverse employee population in a professional work environment.
Skills / Minimum Requirements
- Experience with industrial cleaning methods and chemicals
- Experience operating small power tools and equipment
- Previous custodial experience
- Self starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and positive work ethic
- Position requires frequent stooping, bending, standing, and walking for extended period of time; Lifting, pushing 50 lb objects on a regular basis.
