What are the responsibilities and job description for the TEAM Member position at Wendy's?
Overview
At Wendy’s, we’re all about serving up fresh food, even if it means going the extra mile. We are looking for the following:
- Breakfast Shift: 5:30 am start
- Day Shift/Lunch
- Closing Shift: availability to work until 12am or later
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, friendly guest service
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu
- Use Point of Sale system (cash register)
- Understand and adhere to proper food safety methods
- Maintain staffing levels
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
