Wendy’s in Russellville is Hiring for our Upcoming Remodel and Grand Opening (remodel beginning soon! )
shifts range from Opening shifts 5:30am to closing shifts until 1am And all shifts in between! We are hiring for Crew Team Members, Shift Managers, Assistant Managers, and also interviewing General Managers!
During our remodel we will train at the Florence and Muscle Shoals location so reliable transportation is a must.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
Requirements
- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service, bussing, or the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as quick-service fast-food restaurants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
