Role Objectives

As the Nursing Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the setup, execution, and management of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects. You will work collaboratively with clinical trial nurses, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of these projects.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate the development, execution, and close-out of assigned decentralized clinical trial nursing projects.
• Coordinate, and facilitate protocol-related training to clinical trial nurses.
• Provide oversight for equipment and logistics processes within Wren HC and with external providers- to support nursing visits.
• Lead the development of project-level documentation, ensuring updates are made as needed throughout the program.
• Conduct routine audits of trial documentation to ensure that data is accurate and up to date
• Oversee assigned nursing program budget and scope of work to ensure on-time, on-budget performance, and deliverables.
• Review site invoices, process payments according to Work Orders, and track payments.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clinical trial site clients, attending meetings, and reporting study progression.
• Serve as the central point of contact for 3rd party vendors; escalate issues to the manager.
• Develop strong working relationships with the nursing team, clinical site personnel internal and external stakeholders, and leadership team.
• Report activity, risks, and issues in line with Wren HC and WEP policies and procedures.
• Escalate to line manager or appropriate referring clinician/PI, any incidents, SAE’s/AE’s, PV’s.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree (In a nursing, health or science field preferred)
• Prior experience in clinical research or nursing, at least three (3) years of experience in the monitoring and management of clinical research projects
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability and willingness for occasional travel to the corporate office for department needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Leadership and management skills
• ICH-GCP Certification
