What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Director position at Werner Auto Team?
Werner Auto Team is looking for a full time IT Director. This position will maintain and setup all backend equipment at our stores. You will need to be able to support Firewalls, VPN connections, Wireless Networks, and trouble shoot ISP issues. In addition, individual PC setup and maintenance such as updates and trouble shooting.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and configure local machines
- Setup and maintain firewalls
- Server maintenance and updates
- Maintain and Configure Wireless Networks
- Assist with phone system issues
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in IT or related field
- MUST be knowledgeable with Ubiquiti equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft M365 and cloud base domain services
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, resourceful learner
- Multitasking to handle many short-term and long-term tasks simultaneously
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer support focus and attitude
- Pass a background check
