SUMMARY:
In this position, you will be responsible for the administration of the corporate Identity and Access Management platform. Job duties will include building new application integrations on the Identity Access Management platform and monitoring integrations with third party applications. You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and execution of supporting policies and procedures. You will work closely with project management, the systems, network, and applications teams to gather the business needs, design, build and test Identity Access Management platform integrations.
LOCATIONS: This is a remote position for consideration in all WesBanco locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.
Administer the corporate Identity Access Management platform
Build new application integrations on the Identity Access Management platform
Monitor integrations with third party applications
Onboard new applications to the Identity Access Management platform
Develop security standards and best practices related to identity access management.
Enhance, formalize, and standardize Identity and Access Management processes and procedures.
Assess and provide recommendations related to application and system integrations to improve process and leverage automation.
Conduct Periodic Access Reviews to ensure access management processes are being accurately followed.
Create and maintain Identify Access Management metrics on an as needed and reoccurring basis.
Support administration and maintenance of systems as directed by the Information Security Officer.
Support Security Operations as needed and directed by the Information Security Officer.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank’s policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Experience in provisioning account and security access groups using Active Directory
General knowledge of Operating System hardening, Identity Management concepts, and device authentication a plus.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other computer-related field, or a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technology including skills deploying and supporting MFA technology for internal and internet facing application requirements.
Possesses wide-ranging experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in System Administration preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in working with IAM solutions preferred
Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) technology with skills deploying and supporting PAM tools, and granting, restricting and monitoring elevated privileges a plus.
