Manager of Inside Sales – Wireless
We are looking for a Manager of Inside Sales – Wireless who will be responsible managing a remote experienced group of inside salespeople supporting our national wireless business. Responsibilities Include:
- Manage existing diverse remote team of inside sales people supporting wireless business nationally
- Provide day-to-day management including; mentoring, coaching; skills development; bonus plans, etc.
- Help create, develop and close wireless related sales opportunities
- Lead and drive team to achieve national wireless revenue goals
- Train wireless inside salespeople on wireless components, cross sell and upsell
- Schedule trainings to update wireless inside salespeople as technology evolves
- Work with inventory management to ensure we have enough product to support day to day business, create stock buys to support upcoming projects and manage/decrease excess wireless inventory.
- Work collaboratively with existing national wireless team of Wireless Business Managers and Sales Leadership to support customers’ wireless requirements, developing and providing wireless solutions to meet their needs
- Deliver prepared sales presentations, utilizing support material describing products or services, to help existing and potential customers with their wireless needs
- Explain wireless technologies, services or products, and answer questions from customers or prospects
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with manufacturer partners and wireless integrators
- Understand and help manage wireless integrator partners/program
- Own and manage pipeline and forecast for wireless inside sales team
- Manage time effectively to achieve specific objectives daily, weekly and monthly
- Create and present monthly wireless updates for team calls
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience managing inside or outside sales teams
- Highly energetic and results driven individual
- Travel occasionally nationally
- 3-5 years’ experience selling into carrier network environments, specifically wireless - is a plus
- 3-5 years’ experience with wireless technologies and working knowledge of the overall wireless industry: in-building cellular (DAS), WiFi, Public Safety, Macro, Towers, Small Cells
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Results driven with excellent time management, organizational and overall execution skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Project, Power Point, Excel, and Word. Familiarity with Visio and iBWave a plus.
