The minimum pay rate for this position is $14.50 per hour for a non-certified aide and $16.30 per hour for a CNA. Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience. As an In-Home Service, Home Care Aide:
- Travel to complete the assignment at the pre-scheduled time and location.

Following each client’s individualized care plan
- Maintain a sanitary and orderly environment
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Assist clients with light housekeeping and home management
- Participate in staff meetings
