Job Duties Working with XFN partners planning season Business services Request from engineers about improvements for products, ( could be vague, take that and come up with specific metrics that can be improved for the products and explain to an engineer and SR leadership how they would quantify that ( what do these metrics mean) business services products. Meeting with XFN's to discuss current products. Regulars touch points with team and weekly meeting with all XFNS to review project execution status. Independent analysis and report progress This field is exciting in its own this is a unique field and we make sure everyone has a good onboarding experience.
Must Have Skills Bachelors Degree 7-12 years experience Technical skills write queries Full SQL Business sense ( impact sizing, they have these ideas and we need the candidate Communication written, verbal, explain to keeping everyone up to date on the progress

Summary: The main function of the Data Scientist is to produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets.
Job Responsibilities: Partner with product managers and engineering managers to assess the ROI of product feature enhancements. Understand the impact to creators' ability to monetize, onboarding and payout funnels, as well as safety and compliance. Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement. Generate and test hypotheses and analyze and interpret the results of product experiments. Work with product engineers to translate prototypes into new products, services, and features and provide guidelines for large-scale implementation. Provide Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization support, which includes, but limited to support for the online customer service dashboards and other ad-hoc requests requiring data analysis and visual support.
Skills: Experienced in either programming languages such as Python and/or R, big data tools such as SQL, or data visualization tools such as Tableau. Experience turning ambiguous business questions into clear analytical problems through well structured frameworks The ability to communicate impact of work through data-based evidence to leadership team The ability to communicate effectively in writing, including conveying complex information and promoting in-depth engagement on course topics. Experience working with large datasets.
