Responsibilities:
- Manage gate entry systems projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, architects and homeowners to resolve any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to Owner
- Manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders
Experience:
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Experience in estimating costs and preparing bids
As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing gate entry systems projects from start to finish. Your ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure quality control will contribute to the successful completion of projects.
