Qualifications:

• The Gate technician position will have a minimum of two years of experience working with automatic gate installation and repair.
• Extensive knowledge of all gate operators and entry systems required. Low voltage background a plus.
• Occasional welding is a required part of this job and the candidate should be proficient.
• Top pay for foreman position. Must have four years of experience in automatic gate and entry systems.
• Foreman position requires the ability to teach and manage employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage gate entry systems projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with contractors, architects and homeowners to resolve any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to Owner
- Manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders

Experience:
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Experience in estimating costs and preparing bids

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
