We're looking for an office/administrative assistant. We want an individual who is looking to grow with our company and find new ways to improve it. We believe a quality candidate should be assertive, detail oriented, a strong problem solver, and very organized. This is job will involve many hours spent on the computer and making calls to customers and other vendors. It will require an individual with strong social skills, the ability to communicate well, and not someone prone to frequent mental errors. With that said, the right candidate will have the freedom to create new systems to help our business run smoother and scale up.

Some tasks an assistant can expect to perform:

  • Onboarding calls, scheduling, and supplies ordering
  • Collecting payment, reviews, and answering or deferring customer questions
  • Basic accounting
  • Research into new marketing ideas
  • Social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
