West Coast Trial Lawyers, a Las Vegas law firm, seeks a Spanish Speaking receptionist. No previous legal experience is required, or but must have experience working as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant performing the following tasks:
- Answering, screening, and transferring telephone calls
- Interviewing prospective clients
- Scheduling meetings with new clients
- Scanning, faxing, copying, and mailing
- Collecting case information and documents
- Preparing and sending correspondence
- Updating case management software
- Maintaining case calendars
- Posting on social media sites
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional etiquette and appearance
- Excellent customer service skills. You will be talking to clients on a daily basis
