There are two open positions -- one based in Northern CA, and one based in Southern CA.
What You'll Do:
● Lead and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to Field Leads and Technicians/Installers
● Make strategic, cost-effective decisions to safeguard company interests while nurturing client relationships
● Manage project finances with precise job forecasting
● Schedule and coordinate work with General Contractors (GCs), Engineers, and Architects
● Review and communicate project scope based on Client’s AHJ-approved drawings
● Order products and materials in collaboration with the Purchasing department
● Coordinate installation efforts with both internal and external IT Project Managers
● Prepare and manage meeting minutes, ensuring follow-through on action items
● Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
● Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
● Build and maintain a network of professional relationships within the industry
● Ensure stringent cleanliness and infection control protocols are met during installation
● Providing critical milestone reports during all phases of projects
Qualifications
● 5 years of Project Management experience
● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
● Strong business acumen in project planning and management
● Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills
● Experience in HCAI construction, IT, or healthcare sectors
● Highly motivated and self-driven
