  • Knowledge of insurance (ex. copays, commercial vs. Medicaid, etc.)

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment
  • Knowledge lab and mental health billing and coding

Job Description:

  • Enter billing charges
  • Clearing billing charges
  • Entering insurance and patient payments in account
  • Update patient demographics
  • Submit insurance appeals
  • Assist with collections process
  • Assisting patients when they have questions on their account
  • Working with providers who have account questions
  • Working with insurance companies when issues arise

At this time we are able to offer paid time off, sick days, and holiday pay.

Compensation: Earnings will be hourly. Pay will be based on: past mental health/medical/lab billing experience, computer skills, past work experience and education.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Milwaukee, WI 53222: Relocate before starting work (Required)
