- Reports To: General Manager/Director of Operations
- Location: Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, NY
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Base Wage: $58,500 – $78,000/yr.
- Potential Compensation with bonus and/or commission: $80,000-$160,000/yr.

What To Expect:
As a Service Manager for West Herr, you’ll be responsible for the workflow of the service department. You’ll be there to regulate the major overhead costs of the dealership. In doing so, you’ll also:

A Service Manager influences gross increases, as well as customer satisfaction and owner loyalty. In order to be successful in this position, you should:
