Partner, Enterprise Transformation

This transformation leader for West Monroe will be the change agent responsible for leading our global initiative to be digital as an organization. In this highly visible role, you will be driving a significant transformation across the organization as we integrate our service offerings across product engineering & consulting, standardize our delivery methodologies, and expand globally. You will be a key contributor to the firm strategy as a technology evangelist with responsibility for innovation to support our rapid expansion as a digital services firm.
A successful candidate for this role will be a highly collaborative leader who builds strong and productive relationships with all stakeholders, acting as a true partner and leader across the organization in building our internal digital mindset. You will need proven experience leading large-scale transformations, developing common methodologies, and discovering and implementing technologies that enable a full-digital employee experience.
Other responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate and build trust with consulting, operations, and shared services leadership to develop a strategic vision for technology. Establish goals and priorities for digital solutions to meet the organization’s needs.
- Act as our internal change agent responsible for driving our internal digital investments
- Lead stakeholder planning and strategy meetings. Ensure all parties are aware of strategic direction, risks, progress, and results.
- Partner with internal IT leadership to coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future digital technologies and solutions
- Participate as a member of the executive team in governance processes of the organization’s architecture, software, master data management, network, and desktops
Acquisition & Deployment
- Ensure future investments (people, product, and technology) successfully integrate into our digital operating model
- Assess and communicate risk associated with technology-related investments and purchase
- Provide support for strategic acquisitions by providing leadership in the evaluation of technology platforms and post-acquisition integration planning
- Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems
- Drive adoption of digital technologies to help build WMP intellectual property
Operational Management
- Act as primary liaison for the company’s Be Digital vision via regular written and in-person communications across the organization
- Lead a digital transformation team driving adoption of our digital employee experience
- Perform an ongoing assessment of technology capabilities
Qualifications:
This leader must be a seasoned executive, digital strategist, deep technologist, and change agent with experience transforming global organizations.
- Hands on Technology leader with a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated progressive accomplishments, ideally in a consulting or services environment
- Expertise in leveraging emerging technologies to architect, design, and develop disruptive products, services, and experiences
- Experience in planning, managing, implementing, and iterating on tech-enabled cross-functional processes leveraging an agile and human centered approach to support a nimble and fast-paced workforce
- Balanced experience with all aspects of technology, including custom and SaaS based application development, analytics, program/project management, infrastructure, and telecommunications
- Proven experience gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale; credibility through regular demonstration of providing real business value
- Global experience preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% to our offices to build relationships across the organization
