West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG) is seeking a Part-Time Annual Giving Associate to support WPAOG’s fundraising efforts for the Superintendent’s Annual Fund. This position reports directly to the Annual Giving Manager.
The Annual Giving Associate works as part of a high-performing, donor-centered team responsible for assisting the WPAOG achieve its annual giving goals. Using a suite of technological tools, this position is responsible for developing personal relationships with current and former annual giving donors, as well as first time donors, that result in renewed or increased support. Using email, social media, EverTrue’s cloud platform, texting, video conferencing and phone, this position stewards donors, provides information that deepens their understanding and connection to West Point, as well as solicits them for annual gifts. The prospects pool for the Annual Giving Associate consists of first-time donors and current and past donors giving up to $1,000 annually.
A BA/BS Degree and prior fundraising experience is preferred. Experience with BlackBaud CRM or similar is also preferred. This position will pay approximately $30.00 an hour based on skills and experience and does not offer benefits. Please submit a cover letter and resume.
