As a Contracts Counsel at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of agreements. You will responsible for the organization and management of contract activities and ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality reviews and advice to further the objectives of the business and mitigate risk.

You will responsible for the organization and management of contract activities and ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality reviews and advice to further the objectives of the business and mitigate risk.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and documents, including but not limited to confidentiality/non-disclosure, supplier, vendor, operations, IT, SaaS, marketing, consulting services, professional services, licensing agreements, and service agreements.
- Draft and manage standard contract forms and templates.
- Ensure commercial contracts comply with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and evaluate legal and business risks associated with commercial contracts and develop strategies to mitigate those risks
- Oversee the company’s contract management system and audit existing contract data for accuracy.
- Identify key contract terms and accurately enter data into the company’s contract management system to enable the appropriate teams to take proactive steps for timely terminations and renewals.
- Prepare and implement SOPs related to contract management.

- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
- 5 years of commercial contracting experience.
