What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch Supervisor position at West Shore Home?

As a Call Center Lead at West Shore Home®, you will oversee a team of Appointment Coordinators and take ownership of confirming customer appointments for specified regions across the nation. You will report directly to the Confirmation Manager and work closely with the rest of the Inside Sales team.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Coach and develop new Appointment Coordinators after initial new hire training
- Maintain all performance KPI’s of specific regions, and partner with Inside Sales and regional leadership to drive sustained improvement
- Monitor employee performance and identify improvement opportunities using call evaluation sheets
- Partner with the local Sales Leaders within your Region to maximize calendar efficiencies
- Meet and maintain key metrics by organizing dedicated daily/weekly/monthly duties for all members of your team
Compensation: $47,000/annually with bonus opportunities!
Schedule: Monday-Friday (11:30AM-8:00PM) and 1 Saturday/month
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (On-Site)
