HR Coordinator

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Human Resources team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by providing guidance and support to equip our teams for success and manage the employee life cycle.

As an HR Coordinator at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by supporting the HR Department with various tasks, reports, and projects. You will report directly to the Director of HR and work closely with HR and Legal departments.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Support the Director of Human Resources with key HR initiatives, reporting on HR data including terminations, new hire metrics and compliance
• Complete department audits related to EEOC and compliance of several policies and procedures
• Distribute key employee updates and reports to various teammates and departments, including new hire updates, transfers and promotions
• Maintain tracker of employees traveling each week, confirm travel options per Company policy and procedures audit for employee eligibility to receive travel stipend
• Own the HRIS ticketing system, setting up new client accounts, auditing prior permission profiles, and assisting employees with password resets and troubleshooting

What It Takes to Succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant HR experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
