Part Time/Full Time Dentist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. We are a small family practice that prioritizes professionalism, quality care and happiness for both our patients and our team. We value efficiency, communication and work in a stress free environment!

As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients mainly of the adult population. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dental office with state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive team. One on one mentorship is available upon request.

Duties

- Perform dental examinations, diagnose and treatment plan

- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as crowns, fillings, extractions, and root canals

- Collaborate with other dental professionals and the office team to ensure optimal patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic dental software (Dentrix)

- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique during procedures

- Utilize imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions and educate patients

Skills

- In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health systems

- Proficiency in patient assessment and diagnosis

- Experience working with electronic dental software (Dentrix)

- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals

- Familiarity with imaging techniques used in dentistry. Training can be provided on use of Itero and CBCT.

- Experience working in a dental office setting and maintaining patient records

-Being bilingual with the ability to speak both English and Spanish is preferred but not necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
