Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers in a timely manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers during the delivery process.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of delivery vehicles, including vans, box trucks, and refrigerated trailers
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods promptly and professionally
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels and tire pressure
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service

-Able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly and up to 200 pounds occasionally
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus
