THE POSITION:


Vacancy covers: Wood County, occasional may covers for offices in surrounding counties within MIDOHV region. 
Number of vacancies: 1

Position works within the Clinical Department and participates in General Clinic, STD Clinic, and cover outside clinics as necessary. Tasks during clinics may include, but are not limited to registration of clients, filing, scanning and receiving confidential medical information, keep account of payments, preparation of lab orders forms, schedule appointments for STD treatments and general clinic. Assist with organization of intake areas for outside clinics, including ensuring necessary supplies are obtained for visits,  input medical data and other information in data system.  Position will also cover front desk as needed for answering phones, receiving and sending faxes, emails, and other clerical duties.  This position will also demonstrate knowledge of HIPPA Privacy and Security Regulations when handling patient information. 

Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.
 
Experience: Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in routine office work.
Substitution: College hours, related business school, or vocational training may be substituted through an established formula for the required experience.
