Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (Eng/Span)
- Previously supervised a high number of diverse group of workers
- 3-5 years lean manufacturing in STEEL and or Automotive manufacturing industry prefer
- Computer literate MS Office, EXCEL and other ERP systems
- High School Diploma
Production Supervisor:
- Implement procedures in alignment with strategic initiatives to optimize results
- Set goals for performance and deadlines
- Organize workflow and allocate resources effectively increase productivity and monitor employees' performance by providing feedback and training
- Follow safety guidelines
