***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 360-unit modern and upscale mid-rise apartment community in Denton right across from the UNT campus! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
