Service Supervisor (Lead Maintenance)

***Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base hourly rate.***

We are seeking a lead maintenance technician for our 259-unit luxurious Downtown Tampa apartment homes nestled in the West End neighborhood of the Tampa Bay area! As Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintenance operations on the property. Our ideal candidate has the necessary skills to complete maintenance and repairs for vacant and occupied units while working within the planned maintenance budget. Responsibilities

• Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property while working within the planned maintenance budget.
• Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues for vacant and occupied units
• Maintaining all service and safety records in compliance with federal, state, and local law.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies every three weeks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) is a plus!
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is a plus!

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies every three weeks.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days; Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
