WesTech Engineering, LLC provides process solutions for water and wastewater treatment, liquids/solids separation, and biological treatment needs worldwide. We currently have an immediate need for a full-time Administrative Assistant who will assist group members with scheduling, coordination, document preparation, and customer service activities along with all other administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute daily and weekly reports and schedules to group members
- Help prepare and ship Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, inspection packets, and other manuals as needed
- Gather materials and prepare project folders
- Track and update group reports.
- Answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate point of contact.
- Coordinate work and tasks with other departments
- Organize group functions and activities.
- Coordinate and schedule field service personnel travel.
- Serve as a backup for purchasing activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education.
- One or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge or or experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and PDF editing software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with others in an office environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines in an efficient and effective manner
Preferred Requirements:
- Relevant post-high school training, certification, or coursework
- Experience coordinating and/or managing projects
- Knowledge of or experience with data storage software and/or Navision
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to listen and integrate what is said into final product
- Knowledge of or experience with engineering firms or concepts
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at workstation using computer/phone.
- Regularly required to move around the facility.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
