Posting Information

Technicians will assist with various research projects during the summer throughout the Upper Little Tennessee River basin. Current projects include geospatial analysis, aquatic habitat and water quality assessments, and monitoring of aquatic biota including fish and macroinvertebrates.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic as part of a team
Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate and consistent methods
Ability to work outdoors in strenuous terrain and adverse conditions
Recent graduate of WCU’s GNR, ES, or Biology departments
