NOW HIRING - GPS Modeling / Survey Technician

Base Location: Boise, Idaho with travel required to projects throughout Southern Idaho.

Responsibilities

· Perform GNSS/GPS base localizations and set-up

· Use Trimble Handheld GPS and Total Station systems for construction layout, grade verification and machine control

· Collect topo data with Trimble GPS and Total Station systems

· Work with construction crews in the field to train, setup and troubleshoot Trimble GPS machine control and rover problems

· Basic knowledge of computer file transfer (Windows Explorer, email and Excel)

· Trimble Business Center or CAD software experience preferred

· Read and understand construction plans for construction layout

· Must partner with other crew members and perform additional tasks as instructed to ensure daily schedules are met.

· Maintains a courteous and professional manner with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and the public.

· Safe driving record and drivers license required.

· Self motivated with ability to work alone.
