Job Description

Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data for Corp FP&A function. Such reporting analysis and interpretation may include forecasting, expense analysis, capital analysis and ad hoc analyses. Comprehensive and accurate financial analysis and reporting that enhances management’s decision making and effectiveness in achievement of the company’s financial and business goal.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Corp FP&A activities in earnings release preparation and LRP process
• Analyze and review the financial statements and provide insights on variances
• Create standard tools and methods for collecting and disseminating key financial data
• Construct detailed financial models to support decision making process
• Actively involve in preparation of executive level presentations
• Prepare standard reports and dashboards for actuals / forecast cycles

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• BS/BA Degree in Finance, Mathematics or equivalent
• MBA (finance) preferred
• 3 years of wide-ranging financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience including accounting, forecasting/planning, and variance analysis for a large corporation
• Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting professional concepts and requirements
• Strong Analytical skills and knowledge of MS Excel Financial modeling techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills a must - Detail-oriented, team player, proactive work ethics in fast paced environment
