We are looking for an entry-level meat cutter to add to our team of meat cutters with many years of experience. This person must be looking to learn the trade and interested in a long-term opportunity. Western Heritage Meat Company is a locally owned and operated, fully certified USDA meat processing facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. We have slaughter, processing, and smokehouse capacities and are looking to add to our team of meat cutters. We process all red meat from half carcasses to finished product. This includes beef, pork, lamb, goat, yak, and bison.
