ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse by ensuring stock is handled and dispositioned in an organized manner
- Prepare all shipments including pulling stock and preparation of invoices
- Receive all incoming shipments; including inspecting for damages and auditing for accuracy
- Put stock away in proper location after it has been received in the ERP system
- Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
- Assist with the maintenance of inventory control and cycle counts
- Assists with deliveries and customer service as needed
- Performs other related duties as needed
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to create routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Acceptable MVR per Automobile Insurer guidelines; must be able to meet this requirement during annual insurance review, if required
