Job Summary:
As our Clinical Quality Manager (CQM) you will serve the mission and vision of WMMHC by functioning as a clinical programming expert and facilitate the continuous quality improvement for clinical programming and services.
This position ensures consistency in clinical programming to improve team performance and service quality while identifying issues that hinder access. This is a key position at WMMHC that helps clinical staff execute WMMHC goals and objects to better serve our clients.

This position may be located in Kalispell, Hamilton, Missoula, or Butte
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field
- LCSW/LCPC in the state of Montana and dual licensure or eligibility for LAC preferred
- Eligibility for certification as a Mental Health Professional Person in the state of Montana
- Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
- Current and valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies
